In order for OpenEye to deliver Heroic Customer Service, we depend on our channel partners to be an extension of our company. This requires knowledge, expertise and experience in properly installing and configuring our video solutions. Therefore, OpenEye only sells products through authorized resellers and distribution partners. We strive to provide our customers with proper service and support provided by those authorized to sell our products.
When OpenEye products are purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors, including online sellers and unauthorized retailers, the purchased product should be considered “as-is”.
- We will not repair the product
- We will not warrant the product.
- We will not provide technical support for the product.
- We will not provide ReportStar 24/7 cloud based health monitoring service.
OpenEye maintains a list of all authorized resellers and distributors.
