Marketing Program Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

OpenEye, The Cloud Video Platform, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management systems, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our growing team in the Liberty Lake, WA office.  

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead OpenEye’s special programming, including trade show and events, to drive brand awareness and revenue growth for OpenEye. This creative, team-oriented person will be a key member of OpenEye's Marketing and Communications department and will play a leading role in implementing our marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategy for special marketing programs, including trade shows and events, to support OpenEye’s lead generation and revenue growth goals, including identification of new programs and evaluation of ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and the OpenEye Sales organization to develop marketing messaging, collateral and digital experiences.
  • Work with the other internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience at both corporate and OpenEye-sponsored partner events.
  • Manage the budget tied to OpenEye’s trade shows and events, as well as manage relationships with trade show organizers, vendors, and partner associations.
  • Manage assets required to support OpenEye trade show and events, including shipping, receiving and storage of event materials as well as event management and setup.
  • Attend events as needed to ensure excellence in execution and support of the sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related marketing experience.
  • 10% travel required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing trade show or events, vendor relations and associated budgets.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability required.

  • The pay range for this opportunity is $65,000 to $90,000 annually. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
