New OWS Partner Dashboard Provides Easy Access to Updates and Resources

OpenEye is excited to announce the release of the Partner Dashboard, a new tool within OpenEye Web Services (OWS) that provides real-time information to better support our customers while making it easier to access tools and resources. The Partner Dashboard is now live for all Channel Partner accounts in OWS.

With the OWS Partner Dashboard, our partners can stay informed on exciting new products and features as well as critical issues thanks to real-time updates within the dashboard feed. Users get first access to new partner tools to make their job easier and information on new products and features that can be shared with customers–allowing certified dealers to consistently deliver value. 

The OWS Partner Dashboard updates provide need-to-know information in real-time, including:  

  • New products, features, and integrations
  • Known issues and platform maintenance 
  • OpenEye Support and office closures 

In addition to OpenEye news and events, the dashboard provides easy access to resources and tools that help our partners support their customers and teams. These include manuals, software downloads, and links to the OpenEye Knowledge Base and Partner Training Portal, among others. The dashboard also highlights the most important updates to ensure that users get the most out of the OWS platform, updates can include information about the latest camera release or quick access to a training course.

Only available to Channel Partners, the dashboard is available when users are logged into OWS and can be visited at any time by clicking the DASHBOARD tab within the Management Portal.
