OpenEye Offers New 12MP Fisheye 360° Camera

Liberty Lake, WASH. - January 15, 2019 - OpenEye, a leading provider of cloud managed video surveillance solutions, announces the upcoming release of a new 12 MP Ultra High-Definition Fisheye 360 ° IP Camera. This camera delivers superior IP video quality while capturing activity in all directions.

The OE-C97512 includes built-in IR LEDs to enhance the quality of nighttime images as well as true day/night, digital-WDR, and multiple video streams. The camera is low profile and lightweight at a height of only 2.17" and weighs just over 1lb making it easy to install almost anywhere, indoors or outdoors. The IP66 and IK10 rated housing provides vandal resistance and protection from extreme weather making the camera is suitable for almost anywhere that you need it and gives you the same coverage with one camera and no blind spots that would otherwise require multiple cameras and IP licenses.

For better mobile viewing and increased storage retention, the cameras offer Smart Compression technology that dynamically compresses the video which can improve remote viewing performance even in places with poor network connectivity and allow the recorder to store more video in less storage space.

All OpenEye IP cameras are fully ONVIFâ„¢ compliant and are compatible with the OpenEye Web Services platform, allowing multiple users to view high-quality images and perform remote setup using a web browser.
